Is Shopping with Cure Up Pharma's Online secure?
Buying online from Cure Up Pharma's Online is safe and reliable. To ensure your payments are secure, we not only use the 3-D Secure System but also have certification using the latest SSL Technology. We’ve chosen leading payment processor to process payments because of its proven track record for safety and reliability. Please note too, that we do not have access to the card details.
Will you keep my personal details private?
Yes! We understand that your privacy is important, that's why we will never pass on your name, address or email address to anyone without your permission. The information you provide to us is secure and only held for the purposes it is provided, such as processing payment and dispatching your order.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and simply type in your Login Name or your default E-mail address under "I am a registered user but forgot my password" and click on submit. We will send your password to your default E-mail address.
Can I place an order online using a smart phone?
We have a responsive site that enables you to order online from your smart phone or I-pad.
Can I place an order without registering my account?
"No", you need to get register with us, before placing and order.
Where can I check my Order Status?
You will receive regular SMS & Emails about your order. You can also track your order from your order history section. If there is any delay or change in your order, our customer care will call and inform you.

Do I need a prescription to order from you?
No , we sell online only " ANIMAL FEED SUPPLEMENTS " . These are only nutritional supplements for use in Animals only. These are not meant for Human use , nor for Medicine use .
Can I place an order without registering my account?
"No", you need to get register with us, before placing and order.
What does *special order* mean?
These are special orders for us, are nonreturnable, and may take up to 10 days before dispatch.
What are bonus points? How they are awarded or adjusted or credited to customers?
Bonus points are the reward points or discount offered to customers on online purchase of goods. Bonus points awarded on purchase of online goods / feed supplements will be adjusted in next purchase of online goods with maximum adjustment of 100 points in a purchase at one time.
No bonus point can be claimed without next purchase. No bonus points can be compensated as cash or transfer in customer account as such without purchase.
The bonus points will lapse after a period of 1 year if remains unused & cannot be claimed their after. Bonus points can only be adjusted in next online purchase by customers. (Within time frame of 1 year from date of old purchase.)
How long will my order take to arrive?
We will make every effort to process and dispatch orders within a day or next business working day of proof of payment. In the unlikely event of merchandise not being in stock and placed on back order, you will be notified of the delay. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive the invoice by email, with the tracking number and delivery will depend on the delivery location pin code.
Is PIN code mentioning important for shipping ?
Yes, You have to give complete address including PIN code , during registration, to check availability of service in your area & to deliver the product at correct place.
Who bear the shipping cost for locations in India ?
order bearing value more than Rs.1100/- value will be shipped free of cost.
with order less than that actual shipping charges has to be paid by customer.
Is their any extra charge for shipping on COD basis ?
Yes. a cost of Rs.50 per shipment will be charged extra. Maximum value of shipment on COD basis can be Rs. 5000/- only.
My card keeps being declined, but my card is not overdrawn. What can I do?
The most common mistake is leaving a space between each set of 4 digits. If the error continues, please try contacting your credit card company and ask them to make sure that transactions with www.cureuppharma.in will not be blocked. Please check expiry date of your card. Most credible online shops use the 3-D secure system. For first time users, the site will automatically direct you to the page for registration.
In what currency are products advertised?
All prices are quoted in India Rupees.
Is GST charged on all purchases?
No. Some Items are Tax free & other are chargeable as per Government regulations which will be shown while purchasing the product & during raising of final Invoice .

Does my order have a Tracking Number?
Yes, each order dispatched has a tracking number. You will receive these details by email on your invoice or receive a sms message on your registered mobile number.
How do I cancel an order?

Are your products genuine manufacturer brands ?
All products sold by us are manufactured by us, and have the longest expiry dates available. All the veterinary products (Animal feed supplements ) sold from Cure Up Pharma's Products Online are selected by qualified, licensed and practicing veterinarians to ensure that they are safe & quality products.
My order received is incorrect. What do I do?
If the incorrect product has been sent, send us the email to care@cureuppharma.in. If the fault is with us we will carry costs of returns and correct the error.
I'm not happy with my order, what can I do?
If for any reason you are not happy with any products you have ordered from us send us an email to care@cureuppharma.in and specify the reason. Special buy in order requests cannot be returned.
